Applying for a Reception space for September 2027

Tours

We will be holding School Tours for parents/carers/ guardians of our September 2027 Reception Intake.  Tours will take place between 2.00pm – 3.00pm on the following dates: 

• Thursday 8th October 2026 
• Monday 2nd November 2026
• Friday 4th December 2026

If you would like to book onto a tour, please contact the School Office on 01206 298202 or e-mail admin@eastbergholt-pri.suffolk.sch.uk, including the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Child's Name
• Your Child's Date of Birth
• A Contact Telephone Number
• Preferred Date and Time

We would politely ask that no children are brought to the tours so that you can fully concentrate on all the information given to you by your tour leader.  The tour will include visits to the Reception classroom.  We look forward to welcoming you to our school. 

Online Applications

We highly recommend completing the Suffolk County Council online form for applications.  To complete an online application please visit the Suffolk County Council website (link below).  Applications for September 2027 open in October 2026. 

Apply for Primary School Places

​Most parents in Suffolk apply for a school place online. 
When applying online you:

• will receive confirmation of your application by email
• can check or change your application right up to the closing date
• can view the outcome of your application online on the offer day
• will receive an email with details of your school offer on the offer day

Paper Applications

If you are unable to apply online, you can request a paper copy from the school OR download a copy from the Suffolk County Council website.
