Welcome to East Bergholt Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School.

East Bergholt CEVC Primary School is based in the beautiful village of East Bergholt in the heart of Constable Country, the school enjoys a generous playing field and fantastic links with the local community, especially St. Marys Church in East Bergholt village. We are in the catchment of East Bergholt High School and we are proud to be associated with this good school.

I hope that you enjoy your visit to our website and that you are able to find everything you would like to know about our school. We are a friendly, open and caring community and you and your child are very welcome at our school. 

If you are new to East Bergholt CEVC Primary School, or if you are thinking of sending your child here, we would welcome the opportunity to show you around. Please make an appointment at the school office to come and meet us. 

All of us within the school community, children, staff and governors are very proud of our school and work hard to make it the best place it can be. I hope that, as you join the school community, you will feel able to take on responsibility of partnership in your child's education - a partnership between home, school and child. 

We all look forward to sharing in the education of your child, and we will do our best to ensure that they are able to develop to their full potential in a safe and happy environment. We believe that every child is capable of amazing things; we aim to develop in each one of them a mindset that allows them to persevere, show determination and so aspire to be whatever they choose to be.
