The scheme will replace the choosing of prefects each half term.
How will it work?
Each element will be worked on separately.
Success in each element will be recognised by a certificate at the
end of term.
Teachers and teaching assistants will give ‘evidence’ to decide if a
certificate/badge has been earned.
Success in all 4 elements is recognised with a special badge.
The elements are repeated as the child goes through the school, with
the expectation that success will be achieved at a higher level.
4
certificates -> a silver badge -> 4 certificates -> a gold badge -> 4
certificates -> Prefect
How soon could children gain certificates and badges?
